Measure Correctly for the Right Fit OrthoSleeve Compression Knee Sleeves are designed for a snug fit that maximizes circulation, balance, stability, and reduces knee pain. These are not your average knee braces - they use medical-grade compression and high-quality fabrics for secure support.

To measure, sit and wrap a tape measure around your thigh 4 inches above your knee's center. If you're between sizes, size up.

Our knee sleeves use moderate to firm medical-grade compression, so they should fit snugly to provide the necessary support. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Care and Wear Instructions Hand wash the knee sleeve and air dry to maintain quality. We recommend wearing it for up to 8 hours, then taking a 2-hour break before continued use. The ultra-thin profile allows wearing under clothing.

The KS7 Knee Sleeve The KS7 uses medical-grade compression up to 20mmHg, fitting snugly over your knee and up towards your mid-thigh. The back has light compression to prevent bunching or pinching.
